John O’Halloran joined the Commercial Property team earlier this year, based in the Petersfield office. John has years of experience, having spent the first 25 years of his career in the West and East ends of London, and was latterly involved in the development of Docklands and Canary Wharf. Moving South thereafter, he has headed up residential property teams in Fareham and Chichester and managed a New Build Development team in Southampton.

 

Daltons has particularly appealed to John, not only for its beautiful location but also because of the Rioja club, of which he is now a stalwart!

 

A keen rugby player, John has played for London Irish and is also a member of Goodwood Golf Club. Currently he can be found on the treadmill in the gym, being his new passion. John is also interested in ancient religious history and collects books on the subject.
